I am super passionate about wellness, nutrition & exercise.
But I wasn’t always passionate. I was lost. I was stuck. I didn’t know what or who I wanted to be and I wasn’t getting any enjoyment from my life. I was rapidly gaining weight and knew that I had to do something to stop it.
So I joined a popular online weightloss program and I lost 8kg in 12 weeks, I ran a 12km fun run and fell in love with weight training. Fast forward to a few years later and I have competed in a body building competition. I have gone from strict dieting and calorie counting to seeking balance in my life.
I studied my passion.
I studied to become a wellness coach not just to help women like you, but to help me as well. I have applied a lot of what I have learned to my own life.

I am a Lifestyle, Food & Wellness Coach with a Bachelors of Arts majoring in Psychology. I am also studying to become a certified personal trainer.
